Once you're on the design page, you can start with any month you prefer. Just click on the small blue calendar icon labeled "Edit your calendar dates here". Then, go to the "Start date" tab to adjust the starting date and update your calendar accordingly.
A standard 12-month calendar typically has 28 pages: Front Cover + Inside Front Cover + 24 Monthly Pages (2 per month) + Inside Back Cover + Back Cover.
Absolutely! Since you design the pages, you can create an "Academic Calendar" (starting in August) or a "Fiscal Year Calendar" (starting in July) just as easily as a standard January-December one.
