Bleed: $0.125\text{in}$ on all sides (recommended)

Safe area: Keep key text/logos at least $0.25\text{in}$ inside the trim

Fonts: Outline/convert to curves or embed fonts in PDF

Transparency & effects: Flatten complex transparencies; avoid overprints unless intentional

Proofing: Double-check spelling, alignment, and contrast before upload

Single-side print note: Upload artwork as you want it to appear on the printed face (no mirroring unless your workflow specifically requires it)
